Convenient to share, document and collaborate with others but it could enhance look and feel of the folders
In terms of sharing, maybe a few more options would be great. Now, there are options like "read-only," but maybe having something like a timestamp would be helpful. There could be some more elaborate options. If somebody has made changes, for example, there should be a timestamp. Also, if two or three people are working and someone deletes something, a mechanism to retrieve the previous version should be available. Sometimes, I feel that the Google Workspace doesn't have all the same shortcut keys compared to my desktop Excel. For example, file format options like copy-pasting formats don't work the same way. But if there were a similar shortcut for Google Docs, it would be easier to use. In future releases, if there were more color options for folders, that would be good. It could enhance the look and feel. Also, maybe there could be more elaborate options for file-sharing permissions, like a timestamp.

Pricing and Cost Advice

"I am using the free version."
"You don't need to pay if it is within your storage limits. If you need more, you can have a corporate license. I don't know the pricing, but there is a corporate license. The extra costs would only be if you exceed these free limits."
"The licensing is yearly. We pay for the high-tier subscription."
"The product is free."
"I have evaluated Amazon AWS and IBM solutions. Amazon AWS has competitive prices for cloud storage and backups."
"I use the free version."
"The price could be better."
"That would be ideal if it were as cheap as possible."
