We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:

"I like the ease with which you can share files securely with the team. It makes file and information sharing much easier than sending attachments.""Google Drive Enterprise has helped compile data in one spot.""I like how Google Drive syncs content across all my devices. It allows me to transfer files between multiple devices at the same time. I also like the versioning features.""Record your meeting and simply share with anyone without thinking where to store the file.""I like that it's easy to use. I'm satisfied with the speed, stability, and availability.""It is very convenient and easy to access.""The stability of Google Drive Enterprise is good.""It's a stable product."

Cons
"The mobile aspect of the solution needs improvement. For instance, if I want to use a file from Dropbox on my phone, I sometimes struggle to download images off of Dropbox. The solution lacks accessibility on different devices.""We are moving to Microsoft Teams. Instead of Dropbox, we will be using Microsoft Teams that has the advantage of saving the versions. It supports file versioning so that you can always go back to the previous version if you want to. If somebody has made a change in one of the files and you don't know what changes have been made, you can always go back to the previous version. This feature led us to migrate to Microsoft Teams. With Dropbox, there is no option for simultaneous work. This feature is there in Google Files. In Microsoft Teams, you can invite team members to collaborate. That is the reason why I prefer Microsoft Teams over Dropbox. It should also have more integration with other solutions.""Sometimes, it takes a while to start Dropbox services and files are not synced.""Security could be enhanced.""The pricing could be better and/or more clear. Right now, they have a strange way of splitting pricing. It's a bit complicated and not clear for users.""I think the product's interface is an area of concern since it has been changed for a long time and can be considered for improvement.""I'd like to see security improved a bit.""The product could always offer more storage."

"Google Drive Enterprise is not scalable.""When compared to Commvault or Veeam, I'm not sure what Google Drive has to offer in terms of backing up data on the cloud or in a data center for a large organization.""There are a few kinks to work out at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty simple and extremely useful.""Google should also make it simpler to manage rights and access for different users. I want to share one folder with some people and another with other groups. It's not easy to manage. You have to use Google's web interface to assign rights, but IBM Box lets you permissions directly on the Windows interface.""I would like to see better integration with Google Docs, the Google landscape in general, and other environments.""The ability to share documents with outside clients can be improved. It is difficult to share documents with outside clients, and that's why I am looking at some other solution. If you use Google Drive, they want you to use all of their Google Suite, but not everybody uses Google Suite for document creation. It is not a great solution if you are working with a company that doesn't use Google Suite.""Google Drive Enterprise could improve the integrations. We do not use the tool very much for our corporate desktops. Additionally, Google collects a lot of personal data from the customers which is not very good and this is one of the reasons we do not use it for our corporation.""Security-wise, Google Drive Enterprise needs improvement. Compared to its competitor: Kiteworks, Google Drive Enterprise is less secure."
