You can look at your policy in real-time and get an alert that tells you exactly where you are dropping
PredictPulse's reporting capabilities are pretty good. I like the web interface in PredictPulse. You can look at your policy in real-time and get an alert that tells you exactly where you are dropping power and if you're on bypass or not. If a module has gone bad, it tells you precisely what module and your risk capability. The PredictPulse usage gateway is pretty informative and gives you many options. We use the PredictPulse interface for alerts, and it sends out remote notifications almost immediately after detecting any abnormalities. We get text and email alerts whenever something happens. It costs because we pay for 24-hour monitoring. They also send us emails almost at the same time, so we don't really need to use the mobile app.

Event management, Dynamic plugin and Reporting need to be improved.
Event management, Dynamic plugin and Reporting need to be improved. The software features and monitoring are not as expected, especially the Dynamic plug-in and Trap processing. There are many basics and important features which are lacking such as event alarms for temperature and hot spot. This software is build around its own Raritan hardware, therefore to use for non-Raritan hardware could be a challenge and tricky at times.
