Good reporting, quick configurations, and helpful support
It's a cloud-based setup, so there's no challenge in getting everything up and running. The downtime should be minimal. I'd rate the process nine out of ten in terms of ease of deployment. There is a three-month implementation exercise that we control. We have five people who were part of the implementation and maintenance process. They are admins and web developers.

Customizable labels and the ability to modify cards streamline task management and save time
There can be bugs sometimes. When more than one person tries to edit the description at the same time, it can do some unexpected things. I would like to see that improved. Sometimes they add new features, which can be either welcome or odd. More control over email notifications would also be helpful.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The reporting part is very good."
"Another feature that impressed me is the clear Kanban board, as it provides a clear view of to-to tasks, assuring the team not to forget anything."
"The initial setup is easy."
"The most valuable features of the solution revolve around the mobile version of the product that was easy to use."
"Trello simplifies collaboration, reducing long email chains that are hard to follow."
"Trello is not as complex as most of the other products are."
"I like how user-friendly, visual, and intuitive it is. It doesn't take a lot of time to figure out how to make it work for you."
"The product helps with the management of projects."
"I like Trello's speed. It is more user-friendly compared to Jira. Jira is technical, whereas the management can use Trello."

Cons

"Some of the reports could be automated."
"Pricing can be improved."
"The tool should be able to predict the task completion dates based on the date assigned and sprint dates. It is also not commercial compared to competitors."
"The solution could be priced cheaper."
"Improvement can be made in accessing cards via email for easier communication."
"It could have a bit more customization, especially for organizations that may want to integrate it into their own systems."
"We don't really have any automated features. If they had more automated options, that would be helpful."
"Trello could improve from a UI and UX standpoint and should consider adding enhanced functionality from a release management standpoint."
"Sometimes, I find it challenging to manage the checklists."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"The product is cheap."
"I am tinkering with the free version."
"The pricing for this solution is reasonable."
"The free version of Trello covers all of the bases and all of our needs, so there's no cost involved for us. This is surprising for such a quality platform with no limitations on the key functionalities, though it also has a paid version."
"Maybe it would be better if they offered some extra tiers, so you don't have to go all the way up to the pro level."
"We are currently using the open-source option."
"The pricing starts from around $6 per license for a subscription, and there might be higher subscriptions available, possibly around $12 per month."
"The basic paid version is pretty expensive"

What do you like most about Trello?
The solution is very user-friendly, where you have everything you need.
What is your experience regarding pricing and costs for Trello?
I do not know about the pricing, setup cost, and licensing for Trello because this part was handled by another coworker, and I never worked with that part.
What needs improvement with Trello?
Sometimes I get notifications in one hour, and I would prefer to receive them immediately in just a small stack, such as within two or three minutes, not an hour.
