Good reporting, quick configurations, and helpful support
It's a cloud-based setup, so there's no challenge in getting everything up and running. The downtime should be minimal. I'd rate the process nine out of ten in terms of ease of deployment. There is a three-month implementation exercise that we control. We have five people who were part of the implementation and maintenance process. They are admins and web developers.

Customizable labels and the ability to modify cards streamline task management and save time
There can be bugs sometimes. When more than one person tries to edit the description at the same time, it can do some unexpected things. I would like to see that improved. Sometimes they add new features, which can be either welcome or odd. More control over email notifications would also be helpful.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The reporting part is very good."
"It is easy for users to start working with Trello because it has a user-friendly interface."
"The user interface is great. I find it very easy to create cards."
"Trello is not as complex as most of the other products are."
"I like Trello's speed. It is more user-friendly compared to Jira. Jira is technical, whereas the management can use Trello."
"I can see everything on one page, like sticky notes. It's very, very easy to use and very straightforward."
"Our teams deployed Trello to gain a comprehensive overview of pre-sales activity, monitor project progress, create detailed task lists, and track action items - all critical components for streamlining our organization's operations."
"Projects do not take as long and meetings take less time, since you know the status of developments or tests."
"We found that the solution was available on multiple devices, has a great user experience, is simple to use, and it is available on multiple channels."

Cons

"Some of the reports could be automated."
"Sometimes, I find it challenging to manage the checklists."
"The mobile version of Trello can be improved upon."
"I would appreciate seeing how much time spend on each specific ticket."
"Being able to export reports from Trello, general reports, or board reports, would improve the solution for me as a manager."
"As a team board it did not work well for us."
"There doesn't seem to be a good way to organize a parent project, such as an epic card, and then have sub-cards."
"It is hard to track completed requests and show performance based on closed cards."
"We don't really have any automated features. If they had more automated options, that would be helpful."

"Trello has a really good price."

"The tool's pricing is average."
