Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"It can scale from 100 to 10,000. There's no problem with the scalability.""The feature we call desktop recording is the most valuable aspect of the solution. Not only can we collect data from the user's usage, but we also capture his screenshots when he is trying to steal the data."

"It's the best solution on the market.""The features that I have found most valuable are encryption tools that encrypt the hard disk and the USB sticks.""The solution has a great VPN.""It's quite easy to integrate Safeguard with BitLocker""The intrusion detection system.""It's a straightforward solution.""I like the support most of all.""Security-wise, it's one of the best."

Cons
"Some features on Mac and Linux are not complete currently. For example, some device control features haven't been transferred over to the other systems. If they could have their Windows features also available on Mac and Linux, that would be perfect. Some of our customers have a Mac environment for their RD environment. Having the solution fully capable of handling everything in a Mac environment is crucial.""There are a lot of issues with the current version of the Endpoint agent. It's not stable, it's resource-consuming, and there are some performance issues. If they could improve the stability of the agent it would be great."

"The integration could be a little better.""There are times that this solution takes up too much memory that needs to be resolved. If it is not fixed it will definitely create issues in the future.""The dashboards lack sufficient information.""It would be ideal if the solution had different features within one agent.""It just needs a little bit more on the reporting side. Its reporting can be improved a little bit in terms of being able to know that things are in the right status. I should be able to pull a report to make sure that everything is all right. It could also have cloud integration. At the time I was using it, it wasn't a cloud product.""The solution's ability to integrate with other solutions, such as a DLP, should be addressed.""The Office 360 integration could be improved.""It's a good product, but some are not happy with the boot BCN, and the point-to-point VPN requires the best protection."

  • "Licensing is on a yearly basis and the pricing could be better."
