For technical support from Sophos, I would rate it a perfect ten.
I've only needed support when I'm having issues setting up my firewall, and as long as the case is severe, you get someone that calls you back and walks with you as quickly as possible.

Room For Improvement

Digital Guardian needs better Linux/Mac support, stability, compatibility updates, multilingual dictionaries, pre-sales support, partner program, and technical support.
Sophos SafeGuard needs improved encryption, system integration, management, UI, pricing, regional marketing, and comprehensive tutorials for better engagement.
The only drawback I see with Sophos SafeGuard is that it lacks a SASE solution, which is a separate product that Sophos does not currently have.

Setup Cost

Sophos SafeGuard is a mid-priced security solution with variable costs, straightforward licensing, and options for extended plans.

Valuable Features

Digital Guardian excels in data protection, boasting extensive features, stability, scalability, ease of setup, and high user satisfaction.
Sophos SafeGuard is valued for its encryption, ease of use, centralized management, and robust security features including Intercept X integration.
There is a policy on my firewall that restricts any system that synchronizes with the endpoint working on all my servers and workstations, and if any system is found to be infected, because it synchronizes with the firewall, the rules drop the packet and alert the IT administrator.
From my reseller perspective, the best part of Sophos SafeGuard is that Sophos has an encryption mechanism called two-way encryption, which enhances security and reliability.

Highly customizable, helpful support, and multiple modules available
Digital Guardian is generally considered stable, with its robust data loss prevention capabilities being highly valued by organizations. However, as with any complex software solution, there may be occasional challenges in terms of compatibility with certain operating systems or applications. In such cases, it may be necessary to modify settings or entries within Digital Guardian to ensure optimal performance. Overall, Digital Guardian is a stable solution that can be highly customized to meet the specific needs and requirements of organizations. As with any software solution, regular maintenance and support from a team of experts is necessary to ensure optimal performance and stability.

Protects user data and offers data control and has an easy deployment
The most valuable feature is encryption control. If you have a laptop, it guarantees that the data is not missing or lost. It’s easy to deploy and has a central console where you can see whether the laptops are encrypted, updated, and protected. It protects devices, including USB and other external devices, and guarantees data loss protection. Additionally, with device control, you can ensure that no ransomware is introduced into the network. For me, this is of very high value.
