Find out what your peers are saying about Microsoft, Cisco, TitanHQ and others in Email Security."It also gives the vulnerability status according to the versions you have selected. Let's say you have Google Chrome. It mentions the versions it has, and it updates. Within two hours of an update, it is reflected in the dashboard. That's really nice to have."
"Defender for 365 is a comprehensive cloud-based solution. The value of the cloud is that you aren't alone. Threat intelligence and analytics are shared in the cloud. We don't have to find the solution alone. If you face an unknown threat with traditional solutions like Trend Micro and Symantec, you need to open a case and send your information to them to analyze forensically and identify the source of the attack."
"Defender helps us prioritize threats across our organization."
"The technical support is good and quick to resolve issues."
"I like its investigation capabilities, as that is what is most important to me. It is fairly simple with a user-friendly interface."
"Microsoft Defender for Office 365 has improved my organization's security. It makes it easier to manage the infrastructure without the help of third-party applications."
"Microsoft Defender for Office 365's most valuable feature is its performance."
"Safe attachments, safe links, policies, and the ability to protect from zero-day threats are the most valuable features."
"Artificial intelligence and machine learning functionalities are valuable."
"The most valuable features of Darktrace are the tracing of unusual external emails and monitoring the local network."
"The most valuable feature is that it works autonomously."
"I particularly like Antigena and the analytics around the real-time monitoring of our network. I also like its reporting because it has got a seven-day reporting period within the system. Every time you run the reports, it gives you the data about the previous seven days. I like that because it is in real-time. I enjoy reading those reports and getting a very clear and decisive idea of what's happening on my network on a real-time basis. I like the actual real-time monitoring of spoofing and things like that. I also like the user monitoring as well as the network logging capabilities."
"The solution is outstanding from a monitoring perspective."
"It's a very stable product."
"The most valuable feature has been the behavioral analytics that allows us to monitor all the traffic."
"I am impressed with the product's ability to give insights into network traffic."
"This product has the capability of uploading scripts to the tool and this is a very comprehensive feature."
"The most valuable feature of the solution stems from the support it provides."
"The initial setup is pretty straightforward."
"The most valuable asset is the time-lining capability for any breach activity."
"The initial setup is very easy."
"Carbon Black has very good market strategies."
"The feature I found most valuable in Carbon Black CB Defense is the ongoing monitoring feature that works by emailing updates about any detections found."
"We can access computers remotely if we need to."
"There's room for improvement regarding the time frame for retrieving emails."
"They can improve their security in a way where a customer can know if all their attachments are safe or not to open through a report. The solution does its job perfectly, but it never reports to the customer whether those attachments have been stopped before or not."
"We are always looking for others tools to increase automation on tasks. There can be better integration with other solutions, such as PowerPoint and email."
"Microsoft Defender for Office 365 must improve the overall management style, including the GUI. It also needs to change the filters so that it is easy to whitelist and blacklist data."
"The XDR dashboard has room for improvement."
"The UI needs to be more user-friendly."
"Too many false positives and lacks an accurate capability to detect malicious SharePoint sites."
"Configuration requires going to a lot of places rather than just accessing one tab."
"The level of tracking within the network from the transmission level up to the machine level can use improvement."
"The program is quite expensive."
"Needs to improve its collaboration with local partners."
"This is quite an expensive product so the pricing is something that can be improved."
"They just need to work on their price. In terms of features, we are trying to understand all the features that we have. We're still exploring everything that we have so that we can fully utilize it. At this point in time, it is not about the features. It is more about utilization. We're just trying to utilize everything to full capacity."
"The interface is too mathematical and it should be simplified."
"It could build in integrations for some complementary products, but it has an assistant plugin so this is not really a big deal."
"The solution would benefit from automation. Currently, you have to know what you are searching for."
"I haven't run into anything that needs improvement. The website interface can be a little bit better, but it's still good as compared to most others."
"The UI interface needs improvement. The management needs further work in future versions."
"The pricing could be more reasonable."
"It could be a bit complicated. You have to be very familiar with Carbon Black to understand what it is doing and why it is doing. I would like to have more explanations and simplification in the user interface. It would be good to get help and see more explanations. It should tell us that a software is blocked and the reason for it. It would be good to be able to build chains in terms of what caused what, what worked, and what caused an issue. We are now moving from Carbon Black to Cortex XDR. While choosing antivirus software, we were also looking at Carbon Black because it also has an antivirus package, and it is next-generation, but we were told that Carbon Black doesn't support firewalls. We have Palo Alto firewalls. We would have chosen this solution if it supported firewalls, in particular next-generation firewalls, but unfortunately, it doesn't. Therefore, we decided on Cortex XDR because it integrates with Palo Alto firewalls."
"A search bar in the investigation page and some AI-related tasks like outgoing alerts, or recent tactics that are being used in the market, must be embedded in the tool so that it's easier to find alerts."
"Carbon Black has limited capability to integrate with Rapid7."
"At this point, we're test-bedding several other providers right now to see if there's anything that does equally or better and that comes at a better price point."
"They will most likely need to create or include a feature that checks the network."
