Allows you to upload and download files quickly but lacks integration with Office 365
For enterprise users, the data is in a local repository. We use it for files for the end user process. This is a cloud solution. In my current organization, we have over 10,000 people using this solution. I use it very extensively. Users these days are working remotely You can upload your bin,…

Gives me easy access, connection and compatibility with all of the Oracle products
WebCenter content access has a lot of options and flexibility. At this time, I only see one problem: in the sub-content and channels surrounding Windows 10. It only functions with Windows 7 and Windows 8. All of the operating systems in my company are up-to-date and we are using Windows 10. For whatever reason, you can't use the Oracle content on these platforms at all. This lapse is very bad for my company because I can't change the version of Word and downgrade. Maybe it is just a technical problem. But it is a lot of my problem with this solution currently.

"Box is very realistic when it comes to sharing capabilities."
"We can provide controlled access to documents using the product."
"The ability to collaborate around data anywhere, anytime is the most powerful features of Box."
"I like the ease of use."
"Office Integration. The full integration into the Microsoft Office products is just perfect."
"The WebCenter Content is its most valuable feature. After we update a document in WebCenter Content, it can be update automatically in our intranet."

"The room for improvement is in the area of integrations. They need to establish more integrations, especially with Office 365 and Outlook."
"Tasks and comments could be easier to see, report, search, and manage."
"Improvements in speed - Box's high level of security impacts performance, especially when compared with other similar services."
"I don't like the low level of role-based security it provides – it's very cumbersome, and the support is ordinary at times."
