Impact modeling boosts service mapping efficiency with great technical support
The biggest benefit in my area is impact modeling. Impact modeling helps to map a service that has different applications in it, with those applications having interdependencies with each other. When changes, incidents, problems, and so on occur, it will show exactly where the issue is, helping you to find the root cause much faster.
