We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"I find Bizagi so user friendly. I also think that its modeling abilities are great and it's easy to teach them to new users.""The initial setup is super simple.""The main feature of Bizagi is the speed to which we can automate processes and how we can modify them without a strong impact on the end users.""Its cost is the most valuable. It is not as expensive. It is also easy to make different types of processes for the users.""It is quite a stable solution.""It can be useful as a tool to improve your communications and the control of your processes. For example, when you have to explain a process to seven or eight stakeholders who think differently as well as have different experiences in different functional departments, it is not easy. Sometimes you are using a lot of technical terms, and other times, you are dealing with management terminology. The visual representation helps you create a better alignment and understanding for different roles and stakeholders of your workforce.""The free online Help and E-Learning is very strong.""It automates a completely manual, complicated process."

"Considering factors like functionality and price, the product proves to be worth the investment.""QuickBase is an excellent product and it is very easy to get support.""Creating applications in Quickbase will take, literally, a fraction of the time it would take to create them in other database applications (which shall remain unnamed).""I am impressed with the product's automation which makes everything easy.""It has helped streamline and simply track status and collection of data from suppliers and other internal departments.""There's a lot of stability in QuickBase...I really appreciate the processing part of QuickBase, especially considering how we're able to get information in real time instead of having to wait.""We have made good use of the ability in QuickBase to add multiple apps for various departments and purposes, while some apps are shared.""The reporting tool: It helps in data analytics to provide the solution more efficiency."

Cons
"I don't know if it's a problem with my operating system or a Bizagi problem, but many times I see that when I try to connect different activities, they show up as not connected.""One part of the university has changed its regular desktops to Linux. This is a weak point because Bizagi doesn't run on Linux. I would like the opportunity to run the software inside of Linux.""I would like to see the automation process included in the next release.""Sometimes, when your process is big with multiple lanes, the product will freeze the issue noticed on multiple laptops, not a single PC.""Bizagi's UI should include shorter steps for documenting controls, documenting properties, changing some attributes in the object, and adding additional text.""I would like to see a facility for building a simple CRUD application. In Bizagi, you can use database modeling, diagrams, forms, etc., but in some circumstances I need CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) functionalities which are not there yet.""It needs an easier setup for the Bizagi Engine.""One thing that I don't like very much is related to integration: we have to develop some connectors... I would need a connector that connects to a REST service and that uses client ID in secret... They provide the means to develop a connector and use it, but they should implement this because REST services are among the most used protocols for web services."

More Bizagi Cons →

"I would like the product to add more working processes."". For example, we need a third-party to create and save a document in PDF, MS Word, or MS Excel format. The document saving capability is probably the feature that we most often have to procure from an outside provider.""I would like to see better options for producing paper reports from Quick Base, rather than viewing things exclusively on screen.""Its UI needs improvement. They should improve it and make it a little bit more modern. We should also be able to have more real-time information that connects with other software platforms. It has an open API, but it doesn't always connect with some of the other platforms that we would like to utilize. These are probably two of the biggest things for us, and hopefully, they will keep ensuring that in the future, they continually build QuickBase to be a little bit more efficient in that regard.""This rule: The Maximum is 60 rules. We need to provide more in order to improve.""Whenever we do onboarding, or we get new employees, there tends to be a delay of not just a week but a couple of weeks, and sometimes even a few weeks of being able to see certain new employees in the system.""The product works constantly to modernize the platform and they have made quite a lot of strides in that. I would like them to add additional features that would help us make API calls.""There is room for improvement in terms of user-friendliness."
