We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"One of the features I like is that when drawing any task, when putting a task on the process model canvas, I can simply click on it and see the other task icons for that task. It's just one quick, simple, straightforward connectivity from task to task.""It is easy to use and easy to learn. It is also fully compatible with BPMN virtual tool. Bizagi is very fast in responding to and fixing the issues.""BPMN 2.0 compliance, while you model the processes, the system can detect your notation errors.""The documentation capabilities are very good. Very structured documents and process versions are valuable features, and being able to communicate that to our customers is also a very good feature. It has a good balance between the effort and the result. So, you don't need to be too detailed. You can document while you are modeling, which is a very good feature.""The API is pretty straightforward.""I very much like the reusable rules and forms, and the way Bizagi controls the process flow. I also like the document generating system to generate PDFs and then .doc files with information gathered from a flow. At the end of a process, you can generate a document that can be printed.""Bizagi is really great for beginners because it's user-friendly and you can learn in it quickly, whereas other similar software are harder.""It can be useful as a tool to improve your communications and the control of your processes. For example, when you have to explain a process to seven or eight stakeholders who think differently as well as have different experiences in different functional departments, it is not easy. Sometimes you are using a lot of technical terms, and other times, you are dealing with management terminology. The visual representation helps you create a better alignment and understanding for different roles and stakeholders of your workforce."

Cons
"It would be useful if we can connect Bizagi to other solutions, such as a local financial solution or Power BI. It would also be good and helpful to be able to connect Bizagi to some services solutions. It should also support right-to-left languages, such as Arabic.""Also, the tool sometimes feels not so mature when we find random deploy errors from testing to production environment.""Agriculture, Industry.""The open source version lacks the option to publish.""There could be more documentation.""Sometimes, when your process is big with multiple lanes, the product will freeze the issue noticed on multiple laptops, not a single PC.""Bizagi has been aggressively adding features to maintain its market-leading position, however, in some cases, this has impacted the stability of certain product builds.""It needs an easier setup for the Bizagi Engine."

"The solution lacks acceptable stability.""Sometimes there are tasks that failed without any reason.""The user interface could be improved, and although integration opportunities are good, they could be improved further."
