Admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and good to use for servers and endpoints
The important factor is that after implementing Bitdefender, we haven't found any attacks. It has a vaccine for the RDP protocol, which is specific to this. We do some customization, but it does not lack any protection. Compared to older versions, we have not found any degradation in performance in the newer versions from the last three to five years, whether for graphical or normal users. They're not complaining that we are facing problems like memory issues. Bitdefender is also customizable and granular, but once you install it, it keeps running. The admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and can take action accordingly. On a regular basis, Bitdefender's AI capability is okay. But you cannot leave some decisions to AI. You must have control. You have to look at what you're filtering, as it can be a false positive. But on a regular basis, AI can be helpful.

User-friendly interface simplifies management while performance issues during scanning need addressing
Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business is easy to implement and has a user-friendly interface. It stands out as an antivirus and malware protection solution due to its extensive feeds and resources for antivirus signatures. These capabilities enable effective malware protection. Additionally, it offers scalability as any endpoint added to Active Directory can be easily integrated by Kaspersky Security Center. Its straightforward deployment and ease of management are other valuable features. It does not require an advanced engineer to manage, and resources are readily available online, making it accessible and scalable.

"It is very easy to configure and deploy."
"The most valuable features of Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security are remote administration and deployment, comprehensive firewall protection, malware protection, and antivirus."
"The installation is easy and it takes approximately a few hours. We are deploying it from a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tool. All you need to do is click on it and the installation is complete."
"Protection is the most valuable feature."
"What I appreciate most about Bitdefender are its web content filtering, blocking malicious sites, and its ability to thwart brute force attacks on open ports."
"It's a user-friendly solution."
"Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business is easy to implement and has a user-friendly interface."
"It's easy to use."
"It performs quite well as a firewall protection provider."
"We have gained advanced threat protection without investing more into that area."

Cons

"The connection with the controller needs improvement. Some connections are currently unstable."
"The risk management tool does not have reporting, which I feel to be a huge mistake."
"The solution must be more user-friendly."
"My main concern is that it's a bit heavy for some devices. Like Kaspersky or McAfee, it uses more RAM or memory. Similar to that, it causes issues for users and their own resources, similar to that. If you deploy on old legacy devices with only 1GB of RAM, then it could be a problem."
"Potential areas for improvement could be more accessible and immediate support for critical situations, especially considering the regulatory challenges in healthcare."
"I like the Application Control feature, but it's a bit tricky. Managing it can be a bit cumbersome sometimes."
"The security features as per customers' requirements should be improved."
"The dashboard can be improved."
"It needs more computer resources. They should have more anti-spam features."
"The solution could improve by having some integration with other vendors."
"This solution would be improved if it were more compatible with Windows Server. There is not a client for Windows Server, like for Windows Workstation, so there are a lot of things you cannot control from the local system, or from the desktop directly. You have to control everything from the policy server, not from the client's side. The interface is kind of light, and it's not good—it could be more user-friendly."
"I rate the pricing five out of ten."
"We find that the solution uses up too much RAM and can slow down machines."
"he next thing that I would like to see in this solution are DLP features."
"It would be nice if it was less expensive."
"It's grown more expensive and customers are not happy about it."

"There are many licensing options available, we have been on monthly agreements and other volume contract agreements."
"We pay for an annual license which is affordable."
"The pricing is reasonable when I compare it to other security solutions, particularly Kaspersky, it stands out. It offers an excellent solution at a more favorable price point."

"It is a cost-effective product."
