Abenazzer Tadesse - PeerSpot reviewer
An easy-to-use project management solution with good stability and scalability
The recent update on the solution has made it a little bit complex. For example, to create a team and a project, there is a separate button that you need to click. Recently they updated it with only one button making it difficult for us to create teams or supply teams other than a project. Hence the solution could be more user-friendly. Additionally, some additional features need to be integrated so it'll be easy for other companies or project managers to manage software projects.

Customizable labels and the ability to modify cards streamline task management and save time
There can be bugs sometimes. When more than one person tries to edit the description at the same time, it can do some unexpected things. I would like to see that improved. Sometimes they add new features, which can be either welcome or odd. More control over email notifications would also be helpful.

Pros

"The ability to network informally is great for communicating with colleagues."
"The ease of use is valuable."
"It helped us to organize project information and assign tasks to team members properly."
"The most valuable features of the solution revolve around the mobile version of the product that was easy to use."
"Trello is not as complex as most of the other products are."
"I organize my boards and tickets in Trello by using all of them, including checklists and labels, and it helps us to really easily filter and easily find all needed tickets."
"The initial setup is easy."
"The most valuable features of the solution are that it is easy to use and flexible while offering the ease of use of drag-and-drop functionality for each task."
"Trello is very easy to install and set up. It is also easy to use. Its interface is excellent."
"The installation was extremely straightforward."

Cons

"The product isn't easy to use. It's not very intuitive."
"The solution could be more user-friendly."
"Improvement can be made in accessing cards via email for easier communication."
"Although it has many useful features, the one thing I don't like about Trello is that it constantly sends out unimportant notifications."
"Trello could be improved by having a better notification system. Currently, notifications flood my inbox, making it hard to differentiate what I actually need to open."
"In terms of improvements, adding more artificial intelligence and making it more user-friendly in terms of design could be beneficial."
"Many more categories could be enabled."
"There aren't as many tracking tools."
"I would appreciate seeing how much time spend on each specific ticket."
"In the card area, you should not be able to modify so easily what is already written, as this can cause loss of information."

What do you like most about Trello?
The solution is very user-friendly, where you have everything you need.
What is your experience regarding pricing and costs for Trello?
I do not have information on pricing, setup cost, and licensing for Trello because it was set up by my manager and staff.
What needs improvement with Trello?
Having special fields for users such as members, testers, and verifiers would be beneficial, as it would be much easier for us than adding three people in a row as members.
