Video meetings and presentation sharing impress but user-friendliness and pricing need attention
I don't have experience with how Avaya Spaces handles integration with other software tools, but perhaps my partners have experience regarding integration with different vendors. If Avaya can integrate Spaces with other media solutions, such as WhatsApp or WeChat, it will be more friendly and useful for customers or partners.

It has become easier to use than Teams, which is the main benefit of Slack Business - Enterprise. It is simple and connected. Searching in Slack Business - Enterprise is very easy. Slack Business - Enterprise is superior compared to Teams. Slack Business - Enterprise is very stable. Granola (G R A N U L A) is an AI notetaker that is quite effective.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"We use the solution for document sharing, video conferencing, instant messaging, and file sharing."
"Stability for Avaya Spaces is quite good, and I would rate it a 9."
"The microphone's noise cancellation and static feature that record a human's voice are some of the most valuable features."
"The most valuable features of Slack are basic chatting, file sharing, and screen sharing."
"The product gives the best user experience."
"The product makes communication seamless."
"It's valuable for announcements and communicating between team members."
"What I find valuable in Slack is that the interface is very attractive and it's easy for any new person to adapt to."
"The huddle feature that allows you to get on a call with a colleague is one of the best features of Slack."
"Slack provides very fast communication."
"Slack Business - Enterprise is beneficial for us primarily because the API was very beneficial, and that is the main one; the second benefit would probably be the upgrades they do, including integrating some AI and allowing customization of chats in categories."

Cons

"The audio calling service needs to improve its quality."
"There were some additional features coming up, as they informed us through email. But we didn't get any update on them."
"The initial setup for Avaya Spaces is very good for me, but for sharing with other users, the setup is a little bit complex compared to other solutions I have used, such as Zoom or Teams, as the installation is more complex."
"We do experience issues when trying to log in on Slack."
"Slack's interface is not simple for me. It's not a user-friendly interface"
"The product should provide integration with other solutions like Gmail or Outlook."
"The solution’s initial setup is not very easy."
"Slack could add additional and better integrations."
"The only area of concern that I have is with the inability to preview received documents without having to download them first."
"I would like to see a special feature for multiple people to collaborate on a document, working on it at the same time."
"The UI could be a little bit better."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The license grants you a subscription and costs about $120. I am not aware of additional costs."
"We use the free version that does not have a license."
"The solution is expensive."
"It is an expensive tool. We pay 15 to 20 USD monthly per user."
"Slack is definitely worth the money."
"The pricing can range up to about twenty bucks a user. You can spend a lot of money, especially if you're talking about thousands of users. Generally speaking, Slack is less expensive than Teams. Slack doesn't include all the bells and whistles that Teams does. So you can go from a $6 license in Microsoft 365 to a $50 license per user per month, and there's a lot more you can do in the $50 license."
"When it comes to pricing, it is on the expensive side."
"It's on the more expensive side."
"It is an affordable solution."
