Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The trial stages, the ability to connect it to Jira, and the ability to export in PDF are all good capabilities.""Confluence is easy to use and integrate with other solutions, including social media platforms.""This solution allowed us to easily input details beyond just text, such as creating basic data charts to monitor team performance.""It is a good collaboration tool.""Collaboration is most valuable. You can upload or create your documents on Confluence and share them with your team members. Your team members also can share documents.""As for valuable features, the team management features help us to share information very easily.""It is stable and reliable.""With respect to our experiences with Confluence, we haven't had any issues."

"A great solution for storing and searching large volumes of documents with easy access.""The WebCenter Content is its most valuable feature. After we update a document in WebCenter Content, it can be update automatically in our intranet.""It's a very scalable solution and the performance is pretty good. The scalability, in my opinion, is the biggest advantage.""Integration within the solution is very good.""WebCenter's interface is very user-friendly.""You can move workloads in between sub-servers so that you don't overload a portion of the server.""Oracle integrates well with other products to cover Big Data."

Cons
"Atlassian Confluence could improve the stability, there are timeouts sometimes.""We have to use other applications that make Atlassian Confluence more customized for what you want. They should improve by adding the ability to make more customizations.""When we import the data in Confluence from Word or any other document, the formatting is not correct.""Some macros can be technical, and they are better managed on the Confluence cloud rather than on-premises. For example, when you add an image on the cloud, you can resize it just by using the mouse. This is not the case on-premises yet. You have to write pixels of the size of the image sometimes. Some of the very old macros are still there, and some of them are technical. It can be hard for users if they are not from an IT background to understand how to use them quickly.""The UX is a little bit all over the place.""I have a couple of different pipelines that I work with. However, I'd like to see them displayed differently on the same dashboard. So, I would like to have a unified dashboard to view the different pipelines.""Confluence cannot replace Microsoft Word at the moment, so even though it can be used as a document management system, it is not meant for document creation, which adds a lot of limitations to it.""The dashboards should be improved."

"The solution should be offered in Persian. Right now, our version is in English, and there's a bit of a language barrier between the users and the product.""The speed of the backup should be enhanced.""This solution needs to support translation into the Arabic language.""I would like them to add more Web 2.0 features.""There are many document management systems that offer pretty much the same functionalities but at a lower price. The product as such is pretty good. However, the pricing is not comparable. They need to adjust their pricing to be more competitive on the market.""Its functions need more stability.""WebCenter requires a lot of design effort to upload content to our regular system.""Does not seem to be totally compatible with Windows 10 as of our current version."
