Unified visibility has improved security monitoring and simplifies compliance across environments
The best features Armor Anywhere offers are definitely the centralized visibility and managed security layer. Having a single dashboard to see security posture across environments is a big advantage. The centralized dashboard enables us to get better visibility in a UI form. It also helps with compliance reporting for audits and reviews. Overall, it improves the security posture and reduces operational overhead for the team. We've seen faster incident response times and fewer false alerts because of the automation and integration. From a compliance standpoint, it has helped us maintain consistent controls and simplified reporting for audits because of the automation. Overall, Armor Anywhere has helped us improve our overall security posture. It provides a solid, reliable cloud security solution which works across our hybrid environments and on-premises as well. It has provided us a good balance of compliance and monitoring, simplified our security across environments, while giving us great visibility on all things.

The product has already improved in the sense that they are continuously making the effort to make the product better. We are now starting to work with a new version over this past month. The product improvement is there and new features are coming out. Then they have just announced something to do with the EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response). In four months, feature-wise, a lot has been going on. They have concentrated their effort and their focus now is on USM Anywhere, which is the cloud-based system. But we already know that in our case, some of these clients will not want to send their information to the cloud. This is why we are focusing on USM on-premise and the appliance model. Otherwise, it would have been much easier for us to go into the USM Anywhere cloud-based product in terms of deployment and maintenance. So in all, I would say the core improvements are going on. What I have seen in the product itself right now, is adequate to meet the present requirements. But of course, the requirements will keep on changing.

Pros

"Overall, Armor Anywhere has helped us improve our overall security posture; it provides a solid, reliable cloud security solution which works across our hybrid environments and on-premises as well, providing a good balance of compliance and monitoring while simplifying our security across environments and giving us great visibility on all things."
"The product is powerful and rapidly developing into an all-in-one solution."

Cons

"There is not much to dislike about Armor Anywhere, but the dashboard could be more customizable for different team roles."
"The depth of the technical documentation needs to be improved."
"Additional features that I would like to see included in the next release to make it at least nine is first that the documentation center has to improve. In the current technical documentation, sometimes what happens is we search through it and then we do not find what we want."
