Find out in this report how the two Project Management Software solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."I am impressed with the tool's continuous improvement. Every six months we get to see a completely different product. You can build a new product using no-code applications. We are able to scale up with the product."
"The relations and multiple-choice options are the most valuable features. For example, if I have one client but multiple projects in the same client, it's much easier to map it with Airtable than if I use a Google Sheet. The relationship between interfaces is a key feature that I use very often."
"I am impressed with the product's user interface and integrations. It helps me to ship products very fast."
"Airtable stands out for its exceptional user-friendliness, making it accessible to users of all skill levels. Its intuitive navigation ensures a smooth experience, allowing users to easily explore and comprehend its functionalities. Moreover, Airtable offers powerful automation capabilities that enhance efficiency. One particularly advantageous aspect is the seamless linking of databases, enabling the effortless creation of relational databases. Overall, this feature has proven to be immensely valuable and has been the primary focus of my usage."
"The scripting extension enhances the things that you can do with Airtable."
"The product helps us track activities, address complaints, and make improvements."
"Airtable's ability to bring people from different teams and geographies together into say a master calendar, with complete control over who sees what when and in what format, is highly beneficial for communications organizations."
"The sorting of the data is the best feature of Airtable. In a Google sheet I have to insert some data and Airtable provides the default option of doing it automatically."
"The most valuable feature of the solution stems from the fact that the tool's reporting is very good."
"A single place for all our organisation's project records."
"We are able to know what we are doing, how much we have spent, how much time we've taken, and it tells us how much money is left for the project. It also tells us whether we are below or above our expenditures, whether we are below or above our budget."
"The most valuable features are the gantt charts. It's easy to use for me."
"The solution is stable."
"Technical support is good."
"It's fine to navigate for a layperson."
"One notable positive aspect is its effective project-tracking capabilities."
"They should allow us to duplicate the data to share it with others."
"The interfaces provided by the company have certainly undergone significant improvements since their earlier versions. The growth and progress have been remarkable. I have personally shared numerous feedback points and observed the prompt implementation of changes within a few months, which is highly commendable. However, I must admit that I have encountered several challenges with their interfaces."
"The product should improve the Spanish translation."
"Airtable needs improvement with the loading speed. It takes a lot of time to load."
"Reporting, specifically anything involving exports, could be improved."
"The user interface should be more intuitive."
"It'd be nice if the record limit of 50,000 record limit per base on pro accounts were substantially higher."
"The template library is huge. I have a few suggestions with respect to that. But to complete automation, I think a bit more documentation around that would be really helpful because there are a lot of features in that which common people explore them less"
"The reporting aspects can be improved, which is one of the reasons why I'm using Qlik Sense. In the older on-prem versions, reporting was lackluster, to say the least. Project Online has a better handle on that. However, we will still be using Qlik Sense. We're also looking at an add-on app from a company called OnePlan that adds some additional functionality where Microsoft is not as clean in its approach for things such as portfolio management and some of the trends analysis."
"When a lot of users logged onto the site, it took a big toll on the service. Therefore, there is a scalability issue."
"The solution needs to be much more stable."
"It needs to be more collaborative from inside the application. It only does project scheduling for me. It would be good if it could do other things and be more collaborative, such as sharing tasks for users. It is not really incorporated into MS Office, so you can't copy-paste stuff. It is on its own, doing its own thing. It is only used for scheduling, and it doesn't work well with anything else."
"I'd like it if we could divide out the project calendars. On one project server, we might follow five projects or more at one time, and we'd like to see all of the items at once so that it becomes a long loop, but one where we can identify different projects in tandem and then focus on which we need to at the time. While I only have visibility into one, I'd like to see several at a time."
"It would be useful if the solution allowed us to share files or project schedules. You may get that with the cloud version. However, it's not available on the on-premises versions."
"In terms of tech support, it took a long time for them to resolve a ticket."
"The solution should be made more collaborative."
