What is our primary use case?
Our main use case for AI Agent Studio involves managing our technical back end as well as the customer-facing front end of our own point of sale solution.
For example, we have developed a dashboard specifically for marketing solutions. Whenever there is a requirement for customers to send bulk WhatsApp cross-sell or upsell messages to clients, we design the chatbot on AI Agent Studio and deliver the desired results with obvious integrations with our core POS.
We also use AI Agent Studio as a dedicated design and management platform to build, configure, and deploy autonomous multi-agent workflows for managing not just the back end part, but also the front end wherein customers can see whom they are interacting with, and their tasks are being fulfilled easily.
How has it helped my organization?
AI Agent Studio has positively impacted my organization with manifold results. We have increased our customer conversion ratio and customer satisfaction CSAT score drastically, and we have been able to use it to replace manual work.
Specifically, the CSAT score has improved from an earlier 60% to 90%, and the average call handling time has been reduced from 20% to 5%.
What is most valuable?
The best features AI Agent Studio offers include a very easy-to-use interface for the Africa market, a good orchestration tool for easy integration with third-party tools, and quick results when searching for any results on the interface.
I find the pre-built templates that come with the package very good to use to kickstart any common businesses. For someone having a very basic system, this can be easily used to assign all technical tasks.
Additionally, testing and debugging is very easy because AI Agent Studio definitely helps trace any reasoning steps, execution logs, and evaluate the accuracy before going live for clients.
What needs improvement?
In terms of improvements, AI Agent Studio can drastically enhance integration and tokens that have been used compared to the other competition.
Technically, I think there are some improvements needed, such as optimizing the cache rate and the storage space that it takes.
Regarding AI Agent Studio's AI capabilities, I think its governance and security overall is acceptable, but it definitely needs to improve.
The accuracy is almost now reaching 99%, but there are still some outliers which need to be improved.

I have been using AI Agent Studio for about two years.
What other advice do I have?
I purchased AI Agent Studio through the AWS Marketplace. There are currently no other improvements needed for AI Agent Studio in my assessment. I would suggest others looking into using AI Agent Studio to start using this product as it is a good tool for managing complex tasks in businesses and is also customer-facing. I have rated this product an 8 out of 10.
