What is most valuable?
I like the fact that they have many products in the same tool. If I use another product, then it's only PAM since you have the same interface. In senhasegura, you can find a certificate manager and a password manager. Also, all products have the same interface. So it's very good. Also, I like that it is very fast when using RDP. You don't have to wait for it to open since it can connect in maybe seconds. In senhasegura, it's very fast.
What needs improvement?
In Linux credential discovery was a bit hard, but after Senhasegura's latest update, it is much easier.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using senhasegura Access Management for a year. My company has a partnership with senhasegura.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It is a pretty stable tool. When we were using it, we didn't face any problems.
Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I think it's a scalable tool, but then I didn't really try it as it was for a demo environment, so I don't know much about it.
Maybe five or seven people are using the solution in my company.
How are customer service and support?
I had a problem during deployment and had to speak with their technical team. They were very helpful, and one of the team members scheduled a meeting with me and accessed my machine, and helped me with the configuration.

How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was easy. One just needs to write the initial configuration. Then, in senhasegura's cloud applications, you can use it.
I just deploy it in PoC environments or demo environments and not for production. Hence, it takes much less time than I imagine when comparing its deployment in production. I think it can be deployed in two or three days.
My company has partnered with senhasegura. We just downloaded the main machine for virtual use. Then, we get the key to install it. Before, you just need to try the general configuration. Then, you will have the web applications ready. Then, you can just discover the accounts or any devices that you want to manage the accounts and manage the credentials.
What about the implementation team?
The installation was done by me.
What other advice do I have?
First of all, if you have any problem, you have the administration guide. Also, the product keeps updating with new subscriptions and steps. The training center is good. Just try to follow the steps, and thereafter if you have any problem, you can contact the technical team.
I rate the overall solution a ten out of ten.
