I believe Dice Tech Recruiting can be improved if it could filter out fake resumes, such as candidates with fake visa validity or experiences they falsely represent at the beginning of their careers, and block those kinds of candidates and third-party candidates, which would be more helpful for recruiters. The new Dice Tech has some features that are not very useful; for instance, while it presents all candidates we are searching for, it lacks an option to filter for US citizens or green card holders, which would be beneficial. I am accustomed to the classic old model otherwise. I chose 9.5 out of 10 because the half point is just for the new interface, which is a little bit weird to use as it doesn't provide the best results. I find the filters lacking and not very useful for recruiters.

Currently, if you could add the ability to create Boolean strings within Dice Tech Recruiting, that would be beneficial. I currently create Boolean strings separately, but if you added a co-pilot that suggests Boolean strings, that would help me find industry-based candidates specialized in the areas my clients demand, especially in retail or aerospace. If there were a co-pilot or AI feature built-in that directly fetches candidates who already work in those specific industries, it would save our time significantly. The main way Dice Tech Recruiting can be improved is by adding AI and building an industry-specific co-pilot that helps find candidates in particular industry areas. Apart from this, Dice Tech Recruiting is performing well, but adding this feature would be highly beneficial. I feel Dice Tech Recruiting deserves this score because the one point I deducted is that AI co-pilot features are not built-in compared to different ATS or job portals, which would help create Boolean strings easily and save time. Additionally, if I could add similar job titles to my search, for example, when working on a Java developer role, filtering by just "Java developer" returns only 10-20 resumes, but if I could add similar titles such as software engineer, software developer, or J2EE developer, the results would be much higher and help me find good resumes. If you add these features to Dice Tech Recruiting, it would really help me and all recruiters. Regarding Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities, I believe that while accuracy and reliability may not be at 100 percent, they would definitely help with at least 80 to 90 percent accuracy. If I am creating a Boolean string manually, it takes a maximum of one minute. If I use a co-pilot, I can copy a job description and if Dice Tech Recruiting provides an AI chatbot, it could directly identify the main mandatory and preferred skills and create a simple Boolean string. By reviewing that Boolean string, I can remove unnecessary skill sets based on the client's specific needs.

The best features that Dice Tech Recruiting offers, in my experience, are that I can add location, job title, experience, and specific skills, which are very simple to utilize. Those features like adding location, job title, and experience make my recruiting process easier because if I need a Java developer, I can mention Java developer. I can also make a string and put in a Boolean search, and for example, if I need a local California candidate, I mention the California location. If I need 10 plus years of experience, I mention that requirement, and I get very easily what I need, which makes it easier for me. I do not think there is anything else to add about the features; I feel I have covered the main aspects. Dice Tech Recruiting has positively impacted my organization because, using Dice Tech Recruiting, I have secured many placements. On a daily basis, I submit two, three, four profiles of genuine candidates, and I receive responses from the candidates. Regarding placements, I have gotten two or three placements monthly using Dice Tech Recruiting because I obtain resumes through Dice Tech Recruiting, open it, reach out to candidates, submit, schedule interviews, and after that, they receive offers. All the resumes I download are through Dice Tech Recruiting.
