The most valuable feature is the runtime protection and dynamic Zero Trust monitoring, which helps me catch threats in real time, especially in production environments. Airgap Zero Trust Enterprise effectively reduces false positives and distinguishes between genuine and false attacks, providing automated guidance for remediation and minimizing production impact.
What needs improvement?
An area for improvement is in integrating AGentic architectures for retrieval-intensive applications in cloud infrastructures. Ensuring that Airgap Zero Trust Enterprise can work with AI agents and protect applications managed by them would be a significant enhancement. In addition, addressing the issue of the occasional hang could improve the product.

I have been using Airgap Zero Trust Enterprise for three to four months.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Sometimes, Airgap Zero Trust Enterprise hangs, requiring a process restart. This happens rarely, about once every six months.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I have not used any other solutions for Zero Trust before Airgap Zero Trust Enterprise. This is the first time I am using such a solution.

The initial setup was straightforward and not complex, thanks to the available documentation and customizable settings according to our use case.

The return on investment has been significant, as Airgap Zero Trust Enterprise has proved to be cost-effective. It has reduced the need for a large incident response team, thus saving on hiring costs by automating many individual tasks.
What other advice do I have?
I recommend Airgap Zero Trust Enterprise as a very good product for the Zero Trust strategy. It is particularly relevant for financial institutions, banking, insurance, and product-based companies. Despite not giving it a perfect score of ten, I rate it a nine due to occasional hang issues requiring a restart, reflecting no product is 100% perfect. My overall product rating is 9 out of 10.
