Kari Flor

I am an experienced IT professional who is skilled in telecommunications, I.T. business operations, telephony billing practices, I.T. systems design, carrier networks (wired and wireless), carrier features and services, and many, many other areas. I have performed and managed a wide variety of activities, including development and implementation of new services and technologies in many different areas.

I am skilled at working with clients, technical teams, and business teams to provide information and solutions to potential and existing issues and needs. I have directed teams, projects, and departments, and am familiar with supervisory functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, resource management and employee development.

My goals are simple:

Specialties: I possess outstanding design, analysis, and problem-solving abilities, and am adept at determining specifications, preparing diagrams and creativity in teaching customers and employees how services/systems work. My outgoing and friendly nature allows me to interact well with other staff members at all levels and I am able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical persons
