It depends on your needs but I am sure that is cheapper than others, talk with Aurea and make some evaluations. Every APM has different capabilities and depend of those whats fit better for you.
In this batllecard is important to mention Aurea CX Monitor I think is better than other tools you mention, such as HP, CA and probably New Relic, it is really similar that AppDynamics
