For the content developer - it has to be no think use interface: point click create, edit/delete/publish/promote etc. From developer/management perspective it has to be secure.

In 7 years, I've found upgrading to be 'challenging' 3 times. Other than that, it was quite straightforward, but never painful. I think I would have lost interest long ago had it been just a one click process. Over the years, it has been getting easier and easier to update…
