After serving as a U.S. Army officer, I went back to school for an Information Systems degree. My goal then and still now has been to solve business problems using technology. At first, I achieved that goal with hands-on application development and database analysis. That lead to more than fifteen years showing customers how vendor software and services from a broad range of categories - from database, development tools, and Enterprise Resource Planning to document management and mobile technology help them meet their needs. I now put that expertise directly and explicitly to work helping customers achieve success. My goal is to ensure that the various parts of our company contribute maximally to that goal of customer success in a coordinated, effective manner.
