I'm a senior HR professional. I've worked both as HR generalist and specialist in the private as well as semi-public sector; both in local and international roles. My mission is to create sustainable working relationships at the individual, team and organizational level.
I'm in favour of combinaing the 'O' of Organization with the 'P' of People and prefer to work in project mode using tools and models that are 'evidence based'.
In addition, I'm passionate about using information technology to empower employees and managers to deal with their day-to-day HR related questions.
