Contributed a review of Oracle Enterprise Manager: I can drill down to the user level or the SQL level and see what was happening at any point in time. The UI is not good and is still pretty ugly.

Contributed a review of Oracle Database: It allows you to drill down to a very small level inside the database and return a result that you want. The way it tries to maintain all the data integrations is not necessary.
