Contributed a review of Serviceaide ChangeGear : It was easy to build out so we now have a self-service tool rolled out to our customers, although the usability for IT analysts could be improved with the ability to save commonly-used filters.

Contributed a review of Clarity SM: It's easy to look up tickets, requiring less clicks compared to CSM, but it seems to crash often on our servers and I'm not sure why.
