In the positions that I have worked for I have written and implemented processes and tools to improve the quality, safety and reliability of the system on all levels of development. I have organised the daily activities of the teams to achieve the greatest possible workflow without compromising the quality of the work or the end product. I have improved the way people worked so they can concentrate in the actual engineering work, without wasting time for housekeeping and reporting activities. All these virtues sprang from my deep experience in systems and software development gained from working in world class companies to achieve excellence. I believe in myself and I know that every time I can make something better that can make people’s lives a little bit easier and leave a good name. My ability of fast learning, my hard work and my problem solving attitude made me a valuable member of each team that I worked with. I always trying to improve myself on my personal and professional life.
