Hi Andrew, On the Help Desk drop down you have vendor tickets, purchase need etc, we don't require them so it would be nice to have the ability to remove them. Steve

I agree with the comment about having to stop the network scans due to it slowing down the helpdesk side. However since the recent update this seems to happen a lot less. Steve

About me

After completing a 22 year technical career in the British Army, I am fortunate to now be in a position to continue my interest in computers with The Godolphin School, where I enjoy the role of ICT Support Technician.

As a self motivated team player, I have learnt, implemented and now manage the Spiceworks ticketing system to keep a track on network incidents, track problems and identify areas for improvement; producing management reports to support my team and direct external resources.

I continue to gain experience maintaining network devices and I am currently developing a self help toolkit to enable network users to complete basic diagnostics before submitting tickets.
