Across my 16 years of professional experience, I have practiced this in corporate, government, non-profit, and small business organizations, achieving higher IT efficiency, enabling better departmental collaboration, and encouraging process improvements in all verticals. I also confidently engage with customers where needed, and can translate what may seem like technical oracles into everyday language.

My specialties are currently virtualization, cloud, and storage with proven experience in VMware, Microsoft, EMC, HP, and Dell solutions. I cover the life cycles of architecture and design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery, as well as audit and policy documentation. As an avid learner, I am always on the lookout for new technologies and practices in which to grow and develop.
