Led a large-scale enterprise cloud migration engagement for a global enterprise client, migrating over 500 servers from on-premises data centers to AWS. Leveraged AWS Application Migration Service (AWS MGN) as the primary migration tool, utilizing its continuous block-level replication to achieve minimal downtime during cutovers. Integrated the AWS Cloud Migration Factory for automation and orchestration at scale. The project resulted in a 25% reduction in migration costs, significantly reduced operational risk, and enabled the client to retire aging data center infrastructure ahead of schedule.
