I totally agree with you that Documentum solutions reduced the amount of paper documents; reducing time and errors in the process. Which improved people effectiveness and avoided missing documents.

Although the price is very high, it is suitable for large-scale organizations implementing core business processes with different scales.

About me

Hosam Salem currently serves as Project Manager in the Enterprise Applications and Integrated Solutions Department at the ICT Sector, Bibliotheca Alexandrina.

He obtained his bachelor degree in Computer Science and Automatic Control department in 2004 from the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, in addition to his submission to the master of business administration (MBA) from the Faculty of Commerce, Alexandria University in 2017.

He started his tenure at the BA in 2004 as a software engineer then he took several leadership positions as Team Leader and as Project Manager within the ICT sector.

Hosam Salem participated in building enterprise content management (ECM) systems leading to the transformation of the BA into a paperless organization.
