This was a requirement to build an Application Knowledge Portal for a bank where they had around 100+ applications and each application was unique in terms of the business capability it has. These applications were serving loads of Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office processes, however, life cycle attributes, ownership, interfacing applications, data (information) etc. were not captured at one source.
This time, I would leverage some packaged applications/ solutions which are available in the market.
