Which the most appropriate IDE for developing hybrid Phonegap app?

As you know Phonegap is the Adobe choice tech for hybrid mobile app development.

I have used Phonegap in the past years for creating some app, but I didn't find a good and complete Development IDE. What I have in mind is something like Android Studio. With this, you can go from design to the app creation. Does exist anything similar for Phonegap?
