It depends upon your use case .. if you are heavy on SAP and your people are well versed with SAP ,then SAP CPI would be a better way otherwise I would go for Talend if you are looking for SAAS data management solution

The cliched answer is..it would depend on your need. Are you looking for a best-in-breed SaaS data management solution or an SAP-friendly data integration platform?
What is cloud data integration? Cloud data integration refers to the process of integrating data used by disparate application programs between public or private clouds, or between on-premises and cloud-based systems.
I would never go for the SAP CPI solution. SAP is an excellent ERP system, but it's certainly not the best integration tool.
