Voyage AI should offer on-premises deployment options. The monitoring and quality I have is good, but I want easier operational monitoring. Another consideration is cost; if I scale to larger teams, I need to pay extra costs for the dashboards. I believe that more self-hosting capabilities, richer monitoring dashboards to retrieve results, enhanced enterprise security, and governance and security features could help improve Voyage AI. Regarding Voyage AI's AI capabilities, its governance and security can be improved. Security is significant because the current feature has API key authentication and access controls for projects and internal security options, but it could be more secure with API-based access and data transmissions. This would be suitable for many enterprises' RAG and search applications. The improvements I suggest are role-based access control, enhanced audit logs, and as mentioned earlier, self-hosting deployment.
Voyage AI can be improved by supporting some more chunking models, which might make my work easier because currently I am depending on it for embeddings, reranking, and other steps following the chunking step. Other than that, it is really good.
