Simplilearn Learning Hub Plus – All Access could be improved by enhancing customer support responsiveness, fixing technical glitches in the app and LMS, and ensuring that live classes consistently match the promised schedule. Updating course content more frequently to reflect the latest industry trends would also help. For the next release, personalized learning paths, better progress tracking dashboards, offline access to live sessions, and more real-world projects or case studies would make the platform even more valuable.

I'm not sure about the mobile app, but if we had a mobile app for Simplilearn for Business, that would be great, as most users are using mobile devices. Rather than going through a laptop or computer, having a mobile application would allow users to complete their certifications and access trainings more conveniently. The mobile app suggestion is important because sometimes if I'm not carrying my laptop, and there is a training that is due today, I could take the training on my mobile while I'm running or traveling.
