What needs improvement with Gupshup?

Gupshup needs improvement because the setup part could be more user-friendly. I required some technical support to set up, and customer support is also not very responsive, so the customer support needs to be more user-friendly and respond more promptly. Gupshup can improve by making the interface more clean so I can easily track performance, and customer service needs to be better and more user-friendly.
