I think some of the user experience workflows would be helpful. The tabs and the way we switch between them sometimes cause confusion, so a really simple user interface would help. I give it an eight point five rating because I want to leave room for improvement, and that is why I would reserve one point five. I tried pulling in an architecture diagram of a workflow, and it pulled in some other image instead. I also tried to check a Confluence document through it, but it just directed me to some API, so it all became confusing. It may be that I do not know how to use it properly, but that is why I am leaving one point five and keeping it at eight point five.

Glean Platform could be improved by adding some wizards when it comes to creating agents. This was the main thing on my mind regarding needed improvements.
Currently, Glean Platform does not integrate with Teams, Microsoft-owned platforms. The data which is residing in Teams conversations, meeting notes, emails, or Outlook cannot be crawled by Glean Platform. More customization and more integration would make it really powerful. Currently, it can read the entire organization data stored in wiki pages, Jira updates, or Slack channels, but it would have been more powerful if more connectors were provided to different platforms such as Microsoft-owned platforms, GitHub, Teams, or Outlook. This is one improvement that I foresee which would make Glean Platform more powerful. The user interface of Glean Platform is actually really good. Speed depends on what kind of prompt you are giving and what kind of results you want from Glean Platform. I do not mind spending an additional three to four seconds and getting a more accurate result. The user interface is really easy to use. Of course, minor improvements can be made. The speed can be improved slightly. Currently, it sometimes takes fifteen to twenty seconds. If the speed can be improved slightly, users will adopt it more.

I did not find anything for Glean Platform that needs improvement. Although Glean is a single tenant architecture, customers might ask for an on-premise Glean Platform. I have not noticed much in terms of needed improvements. I think it is good for the productivity side, and whatever Glean Platform is doing is sufficient for now.
I don't have any complaints with Glean Platform actually. I can't think of anything right now regarding needed improvements, even small things. I rate it a nine because sometimes it's difficult to understand the integrations part, which is a little difficult to understand.
