First, I wish they improve their customer support. I faced one issue with the customer support with Dell Business Desktops because one of my team members faced an issue. The product itself is really good, but when we tried to reach the customer support, they were really rude and we did not know what to do. Luckily, the documentation that they provide prior to getting this product is enough for facing any issue. The heating issue is another area for improvement. Despite it getting heated up, when I am using Dell Business Desktops in my company, our company has AC 24/7, so heating is not an issue. But if I bring that monitor to my home, I cannot keep running AC 24/7. This would affect my productivity because heating up and needing to turn on the AC in humid temperature would cause me difficulty. The licensing and setup cost also is very pricey compared to that of competitors in the market. Lenovo is pretty good, but Dell Business Desktops is a desktop I would still prefer it. The cost is pretty good even with a high cost. Initially, when I was talking with my management prior to getting Dell Business Desktops, we faced a lot of challenges in pricing because price is a factor that affects a project. Luckily, because of this product, we saved a lot of time. I think we could ignore the pricing and licensing cost. I would prefer if Dell Business Desktops does not heat up occasionally.
