We need to work on allocating particular assets with our help desk, such as our ManageEngine system. We need to connect it seamlessly. CrowdStrike is lacking in connectivity with our help desk system.

The solution should have more robust integration with different tools and technologies in the network to enhance its overall capability. While it has some native integrations through XDR functionality, expanding integration capabilities with new tools and technologies would be beneficial for customers who want interconnected systems for better business outcomes.
There are opportunities for automation improvement. We currently have no requirement for integration. In the future, if we require integration, we will definitely try to reach out.
Recently when using the product, it has not been stable. We experienced one outage from CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management during a patch update three to four months ago. There was a global outage of services due to a bug that caused all Windows systems to crash after the package updates. We are not satisfied with their delayed responses to issues. They do not reply on time, and there are always some technical issues.
