I understand that dashboard improvements are planned, but currently the reporting experience needs improvement. What would add significant value is stronger AI-driven insights. For example, the ability to easily identify customers who were active three months ago but have not engaged in the past month, so we can proactively reach out and re-engage them. It would be very helpful if Base could provide one or two weekly AI-based recommendations to improve engagement, based on customer behavior patterns. Proactive insights like that would make a real difference in managing and growing the program.
