As a consultant, I use Prism Analytics to implement my client systems. I first have design sessions with them, where we discuss their business gaps and then understand how Workday Prism Analytics can bridge those gaps. Then, my main responsibility is to complete the technical implementation and train the client once the design part has been done.
We use it as an HR system and as a recruitment system. But we don't use it for anything else. We don't use it for our workforce planning. Just the For HR, and recruitment. I primarily use the solution for data analytics. So I could have managed to get used to the business processes and extract data from warehouse reporting. I find that the word they're reporting isn't great. So what I do is I take extracts daily and staff data in a data warehouse and then give Tableau to analyze.
