My main use case for Productboard is to understand the user impact of the features that are shipped in 73 Strings. Across a weekend, we received a lot of negative reviews from a customer regarding a particular feature. We went through all the reviews in Productboard, added the PRD, and got very good suggestions that actually helped us make a great impact in our company. Some of the suggestions were so specific that we went for implementation right away and it improved the reviews immediately.
