Mesh Security Platform serves as a visibility and risk prioritization layer for our SOC and security engineering team. It functions as a CMDR and a comprehensive security product that focuses on mapping relationships between asset and account exposure rather than just alerting. I use Mesh Security Platform to map and expose assets back to the account identity and permission that make them reachable. For example, when a cloud VM or SaaS is shown as internet-facing with image-style visibility, it can show which admin account, service principal, or inherited policy allows access so the team can fix that exposure instead of just closing one alert. Mesh Security Platform gives the security team a single relationship view across assets, identity, and exposure, allowing us to spot the real attack path rather than just isolated alerts. This makes it especially useful to prioritize and remediate when a weak control is combined with an over-privileged account and exposed workload.
