We asked that yoga practitioner why they did not record their sessions. They were already teaching people in the local community, but sometimes people did not show up or did not have the bandwidth to be in person in the class. Recording sessions allowed people to do it at their own time and space. Through that, we started recording them, and that helped us as well.
