Considering my company's customers' use cases, I can say that we have received good feedback, making up for a good ratio from its users. The product is used since it is a single console or a single agent. The product offers straightforwardness to users in terms of GUI and UI. GravityZone Business Security offers value for money, considering that it is not so expensive to buy it.

We send Bitdefender GravityZone Elite to all of our clients, and we get reports and monitor it. We go onsite once a month and check the reports with our clients. We've had a couple of instances where the solution has been triggered by a virus or something and it worked very well, we are happy with it.

We've been using it for endpoint protection. We're using this solution to protect our endpoint devices e.g. laptops, mobile devices, servers, and gateways. We're also handling encryption and patch management for our software, especially on operating systems and sales software.

EPP (Endpoint Protection for Business)
A business endpoint is any device (such as mobile phone, desktop, laptop, tablet, server, or any virtual environment) that is physically an endpoint on a business’s enterprise computer network.
