My main use case for Adonis Platform is generating insights from the platform and analyzing processes to identify bottlenecks and pain points. This allows us to set up calls with leads appropriately and work on AI opportunities with stakeholder support. Recently, I worked on invoice processing in accounts payable where analysis showed the process took 42 minutes. Through optimization efforts, we reduced it to approximately four minutes, achieving significant time reduction and cost savings. Process modeling with stakeholder input saves considerable time. Stakeholders provide information about the systems in use and current timelines, which allows us to set up meetings to identify pain points and AI opportunities. We discuss how processes can be optimized through cost savings, timing reduction, and FTE optimization with AI capabilities. These are the outcomes we measure using established KPIs.
