Regarding the pricing and licensing of Trend Micro Deep Discovery, I find it very simple. When we need to make a purchase order or renew the license, we contact the partner, and once the license is provided along with Trend Micro support, we activate it in Trend Micro support, which listens to all our products, including Trend Micro Deep Discovery, Deep Discovery Analyzer, and Deep Discovery Inspector. I do not consider it an expensive tool; its price is justified based on the capabilities that we receive when compared to another mail gateway or other vendors. It is reasonably priced, not very expensive like Proofpoint or other vendors.
Trend Micro Deep Discovery is expensive compared to regular antivirus solutions, though it is competitively priced compared to similar products with advanced features.

The pricing is okay for some, and sometimes, some people find it expensive. It can definitely be more expensive than Sophos. However, it is not very expensive. OEMs also include support charges.
Compared to its competitors, Trend Micro Deep Discovery is a little expensive. There are no costs attached to the solutions apart from the licensing charges.
The MSP's model and licensing is global and has very reasonable prices. Also, the perpetual license model is reasonable. It's cheap for the assembly companies. Licensing is very straightforward.
I am not involved in purchasing. However, I know that the price isn't the same for every customer. We have account managers who work with distributors, so the price isn't stable. However, I can say generally that the price is competitive. There are more expensive vendors than Trend Micro. It's reasonable.
Its price is fine, but Trend Micro can improve the pricing in general. It is a hardware solution. It is based on the number of nodes, and according to the number of nodes, clients decide which box they should acquire. They have to renew their license every year. It is subscription-based.

I would rate the pricing a three out of ten, where one would be very expensive, and ten would be very cheap.

Trend Micro Deep Discovery is quite expensive compared to other endpoint security products.
The tool's licensing costs are yearly. There are no additional costs associated with the product.

The tool’s licensing costs depend on the customers.
I'm not sure about the licensing aspect of the solution. We have an enterprise license and then we just renew it as needed.

The price of the solution is lower compared to the competition.
Depending on the client's requirement, it can be cheap and at times, more expensive. Overall, the price is good.
I don't handle the licensing. I don't know what the costs are for the solution.
