On an ongoing basis, it is an expense, but it is a cheaper expense than what we were paying monthly for what we had. We have better quality, and more importantly, we have everyone on the same system. There are just a number of things that we use on a regular basis that we just didn't have before. What we do is not overly complex, because we don't have massive call routing, huge call centers, etc. The way that we use the system, it does everything that we need it to do.
